By accessing or using SportsSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
SportsSync provides a platform for creating sports video shorts with GPS telemetry overlays. The service includes video upload, GPS data processing, and automated video rendering.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SportsSync a license to process and store it as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to circumvent service limitations.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
SportsSync integrates with third-party services to enhance your experience. Strava: When you connect your Strava account, you also agree to Strava's Terms of Service (https://www.strava.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.strava.com/legal/privacy). We use the Strava API in accordance with the Strava API Agreement and only access the data you authorize. Instagram / Meta: When you connect your Instagram account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). SportsSync publishes content to Instagram only when you explicitly initiate it. SportsSync is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Strava, Meta, or Instagram.
SportsSync is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
