These Terms of Service govern your use of SportsSync, a service operated by EMBASTIC LABS S.L.U. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
SportsSync is a service provided by EMBASTIC LABS S.L.U. ("SportsSync", "we"), Spanish tax ID (NIF) B93828622, registered office at Avda. Baix Penedès, 16, 43700 El Vendrell (Tarragona), Spain. You can contact us at legal@sportssync.io.
By accessing or using SportsSync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SportsSync provides a platform for creating sports video shorts with GPS telemetry overlays. The service includes video upload, GPS data processing, and automated video rendering.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and be of legal age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity carried out under your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SportsSync a license to process and store it as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, upload content you don't have rights to, or attempt to circumvent service limitations.
SportsSync offers a free plan and a paid plan (SportsSync Pro) at €9 per month or €89 per year. All prices are shown with VAT included. Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then. Right of withdrawal: if you are a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw without giving any reason (Articles 102 et seq. of the Spanish consumer protection act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). When you subscribe to Pro you expressly ask us to start the service immediately, within that period; so if you withdraw, we'll refund what you paid minus the proportional part for the time you had Pro (Article 108.3; Article 14(3) of the Directive). To withdraw, just email info@sportssync.io naming your account; you can use the model form below, but you don't have to. We'll refund you through the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. After those 14 days, cancelling doesn't give rise to partial refunds of the current period.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
SportsSync integrates with third-party services to enhance your experience. Strava: When you connect your Strava account, you also agree to Strava's Terms of Service (https://www.strava.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.strava.com/legal/privacy). We use the Strava API in accordance with the Strava API Agreement and only access the data you authorize. Instagram / Meta: When you connect your Instagram account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service (https://www.facebook.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). SportsSync publishes content to Instagram only when you explicitly initiate it. YouTube / Google: By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). SportsSync uploads shorts to your channel only when you explicitly initiate it. SportsSync is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Strava, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, or Google.
If you believe content shared through SportsSync infringes your rights (for example, intellectual property) or is otherwise illegal, you can notify us at abuse@sportssync.io including: (1) your contact details, (2) the URL or identification of the content, (3) a description of the right infringed or the reason it is illegal, and (4) a good-faith statement. We review notices and act diligently, removing or disabling content where appropriate, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA) and other applicable law.
SportsSync is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
